History
Ron Schwerdt, the CEO of Automotive Hail Solutions, started as a combination body work/painter in the Automotive Collision Repair field in 1978. He worked in an independent collision center, went on to manage the collision center of a large dealership, and then became the instructor of Automotive Collision Repair at the local Technical College. He was ASE Master Certified, a member of SCRS (Society of Collision Repair Specialists), ICAR trained and certified as an ICAR instructor. In 2001 he was trained in the skill of Paintless Dent Removal, becoming Master Technician Certified in hail repair by ARC. Ron sits on the board of directors of NAPDRT (National Alliance of Paintless Dent Repair Technicians). Ron has since performed his skills across the US and abroad extensively serving Collision Centers and Auto Dealerships. Ron has also repeatedly worked for many Collision Centers, Auto Dealers and Insurance Companies across Germany, France, Australia, and New Zealand.
